Your conversation

Anyone with the active invitation can join a free seat and read the entire conversation, including earlier messages and images. Keep the link between people you trust. Names are labels, not proof of identity.

Your browser saves your preferred display name and a private room identity so you can return to your seat. Closing a tab keeps that seat; choose Leave conversation to free it. Clearing browser storage can lose access. A display name alone cannot recover your anonymous identity.

The creator can remove participants, replace the invitation or delete the room. Removal blocks that browser's existing room identity, but someone using a different browser or device may return with an active invitation.

Rooms and images expire after seven days without a new human message. Reading, joining and AI replies do not extend that deadline. The creator can delete the room sooner. Access stops before storage cleanup finishes; failed cleanup is retried. Copies saved by participants cannot be recalled.

Backups and safety records

Cloudflare may retain recoverable database copies for up to 30 days. A minimal deletion record contains an opaque room reference, reason and time, without chat text or images. It has no automatic expiry and prevents deleted rooms from becoming available again. Certain abuse and operator-action records last up to 32 days. Unfinished image-cleanup records remain until cleanup succeeds.

AI, images and data

Messages, relevant earlier context and submitted images are sent to the project's dedicated OpenRouter service for AI replies and safety checks. Conversation replies use GPT-6 Luna through Azure; safety checks use NVIDIA Nemotron through DeepInfra. Cloudflare hosts the app, stores private rooms and images, processes images and supplies bot checks. These services may process data internationally.

We request eligible inference routes that do not store prompts and keep prompt logging off. This does not keep information on your device or guarantee that every infrastructure record is instantly erased. When a reply needs a web search, a limited query is sent to the search service, whose retention terms also apply. Avoid confidential information you do not want those services to receive.

Human messages appear to other room members before their AI safety check. Images are checked before being shared. AI replies are checked in sections before appearing. Checks can miss harmful content or reject harmless content. AI can be wrong; check claims that matter.

An anonymous browser identifier and protected network identifiers help limit spam. The app does not store raw IP addresses in its safety records. A bot check sends the information needed for that check to Cloudflare.

Use Report on a message to flag a concern. Challenge Logic can review active rooms, including their messages and attached images, through its protected admin page to operate the service, investigate problems and handle safety reports. Report review also shows the flagged message and up to two messages before and after it. The operator can remove a reported room. Reports are removed when the room is deleted or expires.

Public shared takes

Sharing is a separate action. Read the exact preview and confirm before publishing. The public page shows the selected quote and a way to start a new chat. It does not reveal your room's history or invitation. Known names and recognisable identifiers are removed automatically, but the preview still needs your review for private information.

A take lasts up to seven days from sharing. The sharer or room creator can remove it sooner. Deleting or expiring the room also removes its takes. The sharing browser keeps a removal shortcut; if you lose it, ask the room creator to remove the take.

Other people and messaging apps may save copies after removal here. A shared take is an opinion snapshot and can leave out context.

Optional usage counts

Safety and spending controls are necessary to run the service. Optional usage measurement starts only when you choose to allow it. Declining does not block conversation or sharing. Change your choice through Usage counts in the chat or Optional usage counts on a public take.

Measurement records visits, browsing sessions, messaging, invitations, shared takes and new chats, plus broad arrival categories such as search, social websites or shared takes. A session starts again after 30 minutes without activity or at midnight UTC. These records contain no conversation text, names, room identities, private invitation links or full referring URLs. Separate browser and session identifiers reset daily. Your choice stays in your browser.

Daily duplicate-counting records expire with the day; daily and arrival-category aggregates last up to 30 days. A cumulative anonymous session total and its start date are retained to show longer-term growth. Cleanup can wait until the next maintenance pass. Referrals are checked against an active take but are not kept in measurement records. The new session measurement requires a fresh opt-in choice. These counts represent participating browsers, not exact people. The admin also shows current room and reserved-seat totals from existing operational records, without adding tracking. No advertising or third-party tracking scripts are included.

Community rules

Repeated unsafe submissions can pause contributions or require a bot check. History, reporting and leaving stay available where possible. This is informal AI discussion, not an emergency service. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Support, privacy and safety

Contact Challenge Logic at settlethis@challenge-logic.com. Describe the issue and include only what is needed to help. Do not send private invitation links, room credentials, payment details or unnecessary sensitive content.

Because there are no accounts, we may need enough information to identify the room and establish your connection to it before acting on a request.
